DEPOSIT DETAILS

-When creating a custom fedora, it is highly recommended to book a consultation, allowing for a better vision to come to life. Consultations are done through ZOOM. A customer's camera usage is NOT required.

-If a customer does NOT want to schedule a ZOOM consultation, sending an email to: mannerism.bymoe@gmail.com will be accepted. There is also a $25 payment required for an email booking, as it will be settled during the initial email conversation.

-Customers are allowed a 10- minute grace period for their scheduled consulation. A customer that exceeds that grace period, will be deemed as a CANCEL (which means there will NOT be a refund of the deposit). The customer would have to re-book, followed by a deposit requirement of $25.

-Customers are allowed to reschedule within 4 hours of their appointment upon proper communication to the listed email address.

-The total will have to be paid in FULL before the conclusion of the consultation.

*I will honor emergencies; customers are more than welcome to inform me if anything prevents them from making their schedule.
