How do I order a pre- listed fedora style if it is out of stock or is not my hat size?

Am I able to request alterations to a pre- listed fedora style?
Yes, any alterations can be requested via during a consultation or through email.
How long does it take to create my custom fedora?
2-5 days, depending on requested design. RUSH orders are permitted at an additional fee. Timeframes are discussed via email or during the consultation.
How do I pay?
A). Consultations require a $25 deposit, followed by payment of the remaining total at the conclusion of the consultation.
B). To purchase a pre- listed style, full payment is required at checkout.

How are prices determined?
Prices are determined by the fedora hat's cost itself, as well as how much customizing is required.
Am I allowed to use my own hat?
SOME fedoras will be accepted for customization, based on careful observation.
Why is a consultation required? What happens during the consultation?
The customer's consultation is where the customer and I are able to fully brainstorm the personalization of their fedora. This way, I am able to show what is in stock and what I would be able to stock. During the consultation, the timeframe for completion will be discussed, along with the payment details, including everything else that would need to be discussed.
How long does the consultation last?
Timing depends on the customers. Some consultations can last 15 minutes, while others may last 30 minutes.
What happens if my fedora gets damaged?
All fedoras are created using methods that protect against any damage. For delivery, the fedoras will be shipped using molds and plastic coverings to shield against common damage.
Customers are encouraged to purchase a year warranty for an additional $75- this will cover:
a. weather damage
b. bends and/or wrinkles
c. (1) free RE- customization
d. paint/ accessory damages
